After the SMSI system has been implemented, an SMSI trainer conducts on-site training of the software. Classes can be of any size. There is no limitation on the number of people that can be trained. A class itinerary is provided to ensure complete coverage of all aspects of the modules the customer purchases.
SMSI provides very usable and understandable User Guides. These have proven to be an excellent tool for support and training purposes.
