SoftSign is the latest addition to the real-time SMSI product family. This products is virtual signboards on the agents' desktop, they are extremely flexible and simple to use.
SoftSignThe SoftSign module is designed to work similarly to the SMSI Message Sign module. The tools are designed to deliver critical, time-sensitive statistics to the agents and managers in the contact center. The SoftSign, however, is actually a window that agents have on the desktop of their PCs and can be used instead of, or in addition to, the physical signboards. The supervisors and managers can create messages that display on multiple agents' desktops or data specific to an agent.

- The SoftSign may appear on the foreground of the agent's desktop while they utilize other applications.
- Agents can resize or move the SoftSign anywhere on their desktop.
- The SoftSign contains two lines of text, with the ability to change colors and set alert thresholds.
- SoftSign can be minimized on the desktop, only to maximize when an alert threshold has been breached.
- The System Administrator has the ability to secure configurations, thereby limiting the agent's ability to see other agent activity.
