As the highest level of SMSI Channel Partners, a Strategic Channel Partner requires the knowledge and expertise to provide a high level of service and support to sophisticated, complex multi-vendor environments - large contact centers distributed across multiple sites and an array of diverse hardware and software environments.
At this level the partner will have larger sales quotes to meet. SMSI will provide even deeper discounts to the Strategic Channel Partner, increasing your margins and profitability. SMSI will negotiate and customize marketing and pricing to meet the needs of the partner. Maintenance sharing will be customized depending on the level of support provided. On-going certification and training will be required to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. A partner licensing agreement is required.
SMSI Strategic Channel Partners make significant resource commitments to SMSI. SMSI will solicit input for product enhancement and new development. Marketing departments from both companies will work to jointly to promote products and participate in various marketing initiatives. Technical aptitude and certification for post sales implementation and level 1 support are expected. Strategic Channel Partners have a unique set of benefits and requirements for which our programs are tailored and customized to meet the needs of the relationship.
