Premier

As you expand your commitment to SMSI, you will be able to advance to the next level of the SMSI Channel Partner Program. As a Premier Channel Partner you are expected to provide all activities of the Preferred Channel Partner and will be enabled to provide a high level of service and support to sophisticated, complex multi-vendor environments in small, medium and large contact centers. As a Premier Channel Partner you will be required to perform all sales related tasks with minimal input and resources need from SMSI.

At this level the partner will have minimum sales quotes to meet. SMSI will provide deeper discounts to the Premier Channel Partner, increasing your margins and profitability. SMSI will provide, at no charge, most sales and marketing resources the partner requires to complete the sale. On-going training is required on a quarterly basis. A partner licensing agreement is required.

Premier Channel Partners are specialists in their marketplace. Premier Partners are valuable to both SMSI and to end-user customers in providing business solutions that make customers more competitive. SMSI is extremely flexible in the manner that we structure these partnerships and can typically work within their corporate guidelines
