Why are there multiple levels in the SMSI Channel Partner Program?
Answer
There are 3 levels: Preferred, Premier & Strategic. This allows SMSI to distinguish and meet the specific needs of the various partners. Having these levels allow SMSI to provide its partners more tools to be successful and allow them to more quickly go to market.
