SMSI's Consultant Liaison Program (CLP) is designed to equip independent consultants with the latest product and market information regarding SMSI's full product line and the industry as a whole. We are members of ICMI (Incoming Calls Management Institute) and incorporate their initiatives whenever possible.
We provide access to SMSI's customer support for help on technical issues, assistance from the sales and marketing department, frequent communications (Newsletters, emails, promotions, etc.) and educational programs. Consultants have access to these resources across a variety of media to ensure they have the right tools with which to identify and contribute to their customer's strategic technology decisions.
